Two Baton Rouge men are in custody and accused of setting fire to a grocery store in Jeanerette.

Police arrested Christopher Wyatt and Joe Veal on Wednesday for aggravated arson.

Jeanerette police responded on May 30 to a report of suspicious activity at AM Grocery on Church Street.

A live camera feed showed somebody setting fire to the business.

After officers arrived, the suspects led police on a chase that ended with spike strips on Highway 182 near Darnell Road.

The men ran away, but police caught them.
