The Denham Springs High School robotics team are the winners of a division title at the robotics world championships.
The team named the Denham Venom competed against high schoolers from around the world in the championships in Houston, Texas.
The Denham Venom won nine of ten qualifying matches to win the Archimedes Division.
Four students made up the Denham Venom drive team, and 45 team members helped build the team's 140-pound robot.
