Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill is threatening legal action against a rapper for the unauthorized use of the name and likeness of a Southern University student who died this month during a hazing incident.
Baton Rouge-born rapper Boosie reportedly used Caleb Wilson's name and image in promotional material for Boosie Bash, a for-profit music festival held over the weekend.
Murrill says it was done without the knowledge or consent of Wilson's parents, who didn't even know about the event.
