A Denham Springs woman is accused of setting her home on fire with her young daughter inside.
Fire crews responded a month ago to the house fire on Nicholas Drive in Walker. Lucille Holloway and her 11-year-old daughter escaped the burning house.
Investigators later found that the fire had been intentionally set and the house was in foreclosure.
Holloway had accepted money from a disaster relief organization and filed an insurance claim. She was arrested last week for arson, cruelty to a juvenile, theft, and insurance fraud.
