All five of Louisiana's incumbent U.S. Representatives are returning to Washington, D.C. for another two-year term.

On Tuesday, voters re-elected Republicans Steve Scalise, Clay Higgins, Julia Letlow, and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, along with Democrat Troy Carter.

Garret Graves decided not to run for re-election in the state's newly redrawn 6th Congressional District.

In that race, Democrat Cleo Fields had 51 percent of the vote early Wednesday, leading Republican Elbert Guillory and three other Democrats.
