The Saints announced a number of roster moves on Tuesday.
New Orleans has signed defensive back Tre Herndon and running back Jordan Mims to the practice squad and terminated the practice squad contract of center Sincere Haynesworth.
Herndon originally joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2018. He has also spent time with the Giants.
Mims was signed as a rookie free agent by the Bills last year, and has appeared in six games with the Saints this season.
New Orleans is third in the NFC South at 2-6 and will visit the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
