Week 6 of the college football season has wrapped up.
Tulane crushed UAB 71-20 in AAC action on the road. Makhi Hughes rushed for 119 yards and two touchdowns as the Green Wave improved to 4-2.
Louisiana beat Southern Miss 23-13. Ben Wooldridge passed for 222 yards and a TD as the Ragin' Cajuns moved to 4-1.
In other action, Southern lost to Nicholls 51-7 and Southeastern Louisiana defeated Texas A&M-Commerce 21-9.
#10 LSU was on a bye week. The Tigers will play host to eighth-ranked Ole Miss on Saturday night.
