Entergy Louisiana says it restored electricity in record time to hundreds of thousands of customers Hurricane Francine left in the dark.
Michelle Bourg, the company's vice president of customer service, says all customers had their power restored by four days after the storm.
Bourg says it helps to be always prepared for a hurricane.
She says Entergy replaced a lot of their power poles with bigger and stronger ones after Hurricane Ida in 2021.
