The U.S. Supreme Court is siding with Louisiana in the state's dispute with the administration over its recent Title IX rules.

On Friday the justices rejected the Biden-Harris administration's move to vacate Louisiana's injunction against the expansion of Title IX to include gender identity. As a result, Louisiana schools won't have to comply with the administration's demand that boys be allowed into girls' bathrooms.

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill thanked the court for its decision concerning the "radical rewrite of Title IX."
