A Baton Rouge grocery store worker is accused of inappropriately filming a young girl who was shopping with her mom.
This was at the Hi Nabor on Winbourne Avenue. Jonathan Gibbs allegedly took video under the girl's skirt.
The 24-year old was pretending to stock items at the time and it was all caught on the store's security camera.
Gibbs was on probation for a separate case of video voyeurism that happened three years ago.
