Gov. Jeff Landry is talking with other Republican governors about the American energy industry.
Landry met with several of them on Monday in Chalmette to discuss what he describes as the Biden administration's attacks on American energy.
The meeting emphasized free-market solutions over government regulations.
Joining Landry were Governors Mike Dunleavy of Alaska, Brian Kemp of Georgia, Jim Pillen of Nebraska, Chris Sununu of New Hampshire, Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma, and Glenn Youngkin of Virginia.
