East Baton Rouge Metro Council members plan to replace Brandon Williams on the Baton Rouge Police and Fire Civil Service Board.
The only agenda item at a special meeting on Monday is replacing Williams with Bill Johannessen.
The meeting was postponed from Wednesday because of severe weather.
Williams and the other members have fought over whether he could serve on both the civil service board and the board of the Louisiana Housing Corporation.
A trial court said he could, an appeals court said he couldn't, and the state Supreme Court declined to hear Williams's appeal last week.
