Suspect In Deadly Tigerland Bar Fight Seeks To Work While Awaiting Trial

A man out on bond for manslaughter charges in the deadly Tigerland bar fight wants to work out of state while awaiting trial.

Officials say 21-year-old Matthew Marsiglia was an engineering major at LSU, but was suspended following his arrest.

Marsiglia was reportedly involved in a fight at Fred's Bar on Bob Pettit Boulevard early on the morning of March 23. The fight resulted in the death of a man from head trauma.

Marsiglia is asking the court for permission to work on a relative's ranch in Mississippi until he goes to trial.
