A former taco restaurant on Perkins Road may soon be repurposed as a funeral home.
The owner of the Rock Paper Taco building has filed a rezoning application with the Baton Rouge Planning Commission, which will be discussed at the commission's meeting on April 15.
The restaurant closed last month, and a second location on West Chimes Street near LSU closed in November.
Both locations opened in 2021.
