LSU is facing a fine after Tigers fans stormed the floor of the PMAC on Wednesday evening.
The crowd surge happened after LSU's last-second 75-74 victory over Kentucky.
The Southeastern Conference announced on Thursday that LSU is being fined $100,000 for violating the league's policy concerning access to competition areas.
The violation carries a $250,000 fine for a second offense and $500,000 for third and subsequent offenses.
