Two teenagers are in custody and accused of calling in phony bomb threats to three Baton Rouge schools in November.
Police say Houston Williams, 15, called in threats to Thrive Academy, Capitol High School, and Helix Mentorship STEAM Academy on November 9. Four days later, he reportedly phoned in a second threat to Thrive Academy.
Officers say Jermarion Baker, 16, a student at Thrive, texted Williams to let him know students were being dismissed.
Both teens were arrested on Monday.
