The father of Madison Brooks is suing everybody he holds responsible for his daughter's death earlier this year.
John Brooks filed suit against Reggie's Bar, its owners, bartenders, and managers, the four suspects in Madison's sexual assault, Lyft Inc. and the Lyft driver who hit and killed Madison, State Farm, and several other insurance companies.
Brooks's lawsuit claims Reggie's Bar was "notorious" for serving alcohol to underage patrons.
The bar lost its liquor license and was closed several months ago.
