A Louisiana man is under arrest for a mid-air fight aboard a Delta flight.
Nelson Montgomery is accused of choking a flight attendant at 30,000 feet and using a broken piece of glass to threaten people on board.
A group of passengers on the flight from Atlanta to New Orleans tackled the 39-year old.
He was arrested when that jet got to the gate and now faces charges of aggravated battery.
In a statement, Delta says there is "zero tolerance for unruly behavior."
