Officials are identifying a second person who died after a traffic accident in Livingston Parish on Tuesday night.
Louisiana State Police say three people were ejected from a VW Beetle that ran off State Highway 441 just north of I-12 and hit a tree.
One of the occupants, 22-year-old James Ard, died at the scene.
The other two were hospitalized in serious condition, and 40-year-old Angela Ziegler later died.
Investigators don't yet know what caused the car to leave the roadway or who was doing the driving.
