Louisiana has some of the cheapest energy costs in the nation, according to a new report out by personal finance website WalletHub.
It compared monthly energy bills in all 50 states and Washington D.C., including electricity, natural gas, motor fuel, and home heating oil.
Louisiana ranked among the states with the lowest energy costs, coming in at number 43.
The report concluded that energy costs the most in D.C. and the least in Wyoming.
