A correctional employee with the West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office is out of a job following his arrest for domestic violence.
Deputies responded around 1 p.m. on Tuesday to a reported domestic assault at the home of 27-year-old Andre Charlot.
They arrested Charlot on a charge of felony domestic abuse battery.
Charlot had been working for the West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office since last October and was assigned to the jail.
