A woman is accused of breaching security at East Baton Rouge Parish Prison by pretending to be a lawyer.
Investigators say Joy Johnson told guards at the prison she wanted to speak to a particular inmate.
Johnson told the guards she was an attorney and had left her ID with other guards.
Deputies say the inmate didn't know Johnson wasn't an attorney.
Johnson is charged with two counts of false personation, since she said she'd seen the inmate at least twice.
She was issued a summons instead of being arrested.
