More surveillance cameras are on their way to an area Baton Rouge police have identified as a hot spot for crime.
ExxonMobil obtained ten cameras through the Page/Rice Initiative, a service of the Baton Rouge Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Foundation.
The initiative provides the cameras to selected home and business owners in risky areas at no cost.
Four of the cameras will be on the ExxonMobil plant site, and the rest spread across the 70805 ZIP code.
