An East Baton Rouge Parish woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend for urinating in their bed.
Deputies arrested 25-year-old Briana Lacost on Saturday for attempted second-degree murder.
Lacost reportedly stabbed her boyfriend with a kitchen knife at their home on Meadowview Avenue for wetting the bed after the two of them had been out for a night of heavy drinking.
The knife punctured the victim's left lung.
Lacost claims she stabbed her boyfriend because he was choking her during a fight after she woke him.
