Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser is denying accusations of workplace retaliation from an assistant secretary of the State Library of Louisiana.
Rebecca Hamilton is suing Nungesser, claiming he had her tossed out of her office in September after she reported him to state and federal investigators for what looked to her to be "questionable contracts."
Hamilton says she's still on the payroll, but isn't allowed back into her office.
Nungesser says Hamilton's claims are politically motivated lies.
