Two young sisters and their dog are safe at home after they went missing for several hours on Monday night north of Covington.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office says Abigail Bourg, 7, and Cecilia Bourg, 4, were last seen around 5 p.m. near their home on North Willie Road.
The girls and their golden retriever were found in the woods near Folsom after 9 p.m.
A Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office helicopter participated in the search, along with K-9 units, ATVs, and drones.
