A school bus driver faces charges for reportedly keeping a student on his bus for too long on Monday morning and telling her he loved her.
Brusly police say Christopher Taplin kept the girl on the bus after dropping the other students off and told her he loved her while she was on the bus alone with him.
He finally dropped her off at her school.
Taplin turned himself in to police on Tuesday evening. He's charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, and stalking a juvenile.
