A candidate for the Central School Board is accused of exchanging inappropriate text messages with a 15-year-old girl.
Deputies arrested 20-year-old Joshua Schopp on Wednesday morning for indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
Schopp reportedly met the teen on Snapchat.
She told him at first that she was 17 years old, but when his messages became sexual, she admitted she was only 15.
Schopp reportedly still suggested they meet for sex, asked for a nude photo, and sent her lewd images.
