Attorneys for a Shreveport abortion clinic are asking a state judge to allow abortions to resume in Louisiana.
An Orleans Parish judge on Friday sent the case to East Baton Rouge Parish, saying she had no jurisdiction over questions concerning state law.
Since she moved the case, the judge couldn't extend a temporary restraining order that would allow abortions to continue for now.
Attorney General Jeff Landry's office argued on Monday that the case hadn't been transferred correctly, so any new TRO would be premature.
