New Orleans Pelicans guard Devonte' Graham is free on bond after his arrest for DWI in North Carolina.
The state's highway patrol arrested Graham in Raleigh at around 3 a.m. Thursday.
The 27-year-old athlete reportedly flunked a breathalyzer test and was charged with speeding and DWI.
His court date is coming up on July 22.
