Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul is being accused of job performance failures by the International Union of Police Associations.
The I.U.P.A. released a letter Monday saying Paul hardly meets with officers and punishes those who question his leadership.

The union also says Baton Rouge crime is out of control.
Union leadership wants Paul to do more and listen to officers or resign.
