As part of a plea deal, Cynthia Perkins will testify against her ex-husband Dennis Perkins.
On Monday, Cynthia Perkins pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree rape, production of child porn, and mingling of harmful substances.
The terms of the plea deal required her to agree she had assisted Dennis Perkins in sexually assaulting a juvenile, helped him film a juvenile who was bathing, and contaminated desserts with his semen before giving them to school children.
Cynthia Perkins is to be sentenced at 9 a.m. on Friday of this week.
