One person is dead and another injured when two people opened fire on employees outside an IHOP on Siegen Lane.
Witnesses say two people jumped out of a car and open fire around Noon Tuesday.

A short time later, Baton Rouge fire crews found the car used in the shooting burning in a nearby neighborhood. It was reported stolen out of Ascension Parish.
BRProud.com reports the suspects are described as:
- Black males
- One suspect was wearing a red and white facemask with a light jacket and red pants
- Dark hoodie and light or gray pants
