The HealthyBR Medical Advisory Board is giving out recommendations and guidelines for businesses amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The board provided guidance on reducing the spread of the virus, identifying symptoms, sanitation and employer policies, potential employee scenarios and reference resources.
According to the press release, the recommendations were developed with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber using guidelines from the CDC and the Louisiana Department of Health.
Officials say the guidelines are not meant for healthcare and living personnel nor are they a replacement for recommendations from medical professionals.
