A local man is behind bars after he reported a fake emergency back in early July.
Police say Timothy Keith was booked into jail after he lit a pile of debris on fire outside his ex's home and reported a fake emergency to have a swarm of law enforcement rush to the woman's home on Antioch Road.
According to reports, Keith also sent more than 400 harassing text messages to a man who now lives at the home with the woman and threatened to burn the house down with them inside.
Keith now faces arson and criminal mischief charges.
