East Baton Rouge officials are working to help residents navigate the many economic, social and educational concerns triggered by the coronavirus pandemic.
EBR Mayor-President Sharon Broome will be offering an opportunity for residents to gain information on those in the form of a virtual Town Hall meeting at 1 p.m. today.
Officials say the town hall, which has been titled Keeping the Promise: A Town Hall on Education will feature education leaders from the community and will examine how the capital city is working to deliver quality education with related services amid the pandemic.
Attendees can register for the event online at brla.gov/capitalareapromise.
