A person has died after being shot near the Louisiana Culinary Institute yesterday.
Police say they responded to a call about the incident around 2:30 p.m. in the 10500-block of Airline Highway.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office has identified the victim as Neville Allen
Officials with the institute say the shooting did not involve anyone at the school.
Detectives have not named any possible suspects or a motive but are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact the Sheriff's office.
