A Baton Rouge man is dead after he reportedly drowned after his underwater marriage proposal.
Steven Weber Jr. died after he appeared to swim up to meet his girlfriend, Kenesha Antoine, following their engagement.
The couple was vacationing at The Manta Resort on Pemba Island in Tanzania.
In the video posted to Antoine's Facebook, Weber can be seen pulling a ring out of his pocket and, seconds after, seemingly attempts to head back up for air.
The circumstances of his death, which the resort said was accidental, are still unclear.
