Livingston Parish Public Schools is rolling out 22 new buses in an effort to upgrade transportation since bus damage from flooding in 2016.
School transportation officials say they can now return to a normal replacement schedule after 70 buses sustained damaged during flooding in August of that year.
The newest buses features three-eye cameras, which record at several spots on the bus.
The district anticipates using more than 250 buses for students during the 2019-20 school year.
