A Brusly man is dead following a crash on I-12 in St. Tammany Parish.
State police say Gary Mercer, Jr. was driving on I-12 yesterday morning when his vehicle left the highway and hit a tractor near Mandeville.
Mercer was killed despite having his seat belt on.
The crash is under investigation.
