A patient accused of attacking a nurse in the mental health section of a Baton Rouge hospital earlier this month is in custody.
54-year-old Jessie Guillory was arrested on a manslaughter charge yesterday, his bond set at $100,000. He's accused of grabbing nurse Lynne Truxillo by the neck and shoving her head into a desk.
She died about a week later after developing deadly blood clots in her knee and lungs related to the assault.
