If a state lawmaker gets her way, all voters in East Baton Rouge Parish will have a say on the proposed incorporation of the City of St. George.
The Greater Baton Rouge Business Report says that State Senator Yvonne Columb is sponsoring a bill that would allow the exception for a parish-wide vote if the population exceeds 440,000.
A vote to decide the St. George issue is expected to be held this fall.
