Funeral Arrangements Made For Fallen BRPD Officer | WJBO Newsradio 1150 AM & 98.7 FM

Funeral arrangements are being announced for fallen Baton Rouge Police Officer Corporal Shane Totty.

Totty was escorting a funeral procession Friday on Jones Creek when a pickup truck pulled in front of his motorcycle and caused an accident. The 31-year-old officer was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Cpl. Shane Totty was involved in what BRPD called a "serious crash" on Jones Creek near Shenandoah.

Visitations will take place on Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday's viewing will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m., while Thursday's will be at Healing Place Church from 9 to 11 a.m. with a funeral following shortly after.
