The district attorney in Baton Rouge says a deadly shooting that occurred during an incident of domestic violence appears to have been justified.
Hillar Moore says a female victim who was injured during the confrontation took action to defend herself.
Police say 44-year-old Kendral Muse died at the hospital after being shot at a home on North Marque Ann Drive early yesterday morning. The shooter, who was dating Muse, was questioned but then released without being charged.
