The Baton Rouge Police Department will hold a news conference later this morning following a rash of deadly shootings in the capital city since the first of the month.
At least ten people have died during the first two weeks of November, the spike in gun violence following relative quiet over the previous few months.
A quadruple shooting in the city Wednesday night left three people dead after they were gunned down outside a convenience store.
