A high school football standout at Livonia High in Pointe Coupee Parish stands accused of sexually assaulting a female LSU student earlier this month.
University police say 17-year-old Jacobi Bellazin was taken into custody Wednesday and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a second-degree rape charge.
The victim said she agreed to meet Bellazin behind her dorm. She says he then drove to a nearby gravel parking lot, forced her to perform oral sex, raped her and then dropped her off back at her dorm.
