Tropical Storm Gordon made landfall Tuesday night just west of the Alabama/Mississippi border.
All watches and warnings associated with Gordon were dropped in Louisiana as of the 10 p.m. update from the National Hurricane Center.
While Gordon remained at tropical storm strength at its second U.S. landfall, the system is expected to deteriorate, becoming a tropical depression on Wednesday.
