The National Hurricane Center says a tropical wave could emerge off the western coast of Africa Thursday.
"Some development of this system is possible over the weekend while it moves westward across the eastern tropical Atlantic Ocean," read the Tuesday tropical weather outlook.
For now, the chances of development are low at 20%.
