Three teenagers, one of them only 13, are being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish Juvenile Detention Center on charges of second-degree murder.
The other two are 15 and 16, their names thus far withheld.
They were arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting death August 11th of 32-year-old Spencer Hebert who was gunned down outside a Baton Rouge restaurant on North Foster Drive.
