Tonia Bandy is a co-defendant in a case that includes more than a dozen counts of wire fraud linked to the couple's alleged personal use of state-issued credit cards. A change of plea hearing is set for July 9th in Alexandria.
Cain was formerly the warden at Avoyelles Parish Correctional Center.
